Pilot & pricing
One asset. Ninety days. Your own data.
A pilot answers one question: does the twin find money and risk your team can act on? You choose the asset, we build the twin on your data, and your team runs real decisions through it.

The ninety days
Three phases, each with something you can hold.
- Weeks 1 to 2
Connect
- Read-only access to the sources you already run
- Layouts, drawings or BIM for the 3D model
- One page of the questions the twin must answer
- Weeks 3 to 6
Build and calibrate
- 3D twin of the asset with sources mapped to it
- Rules for your constraints, SLAs and permits
- Calibration against your own measurements
- Weeks 7 to 12
Run decisions
- Your team uses the twin in its daily meetings
- Every recommendation priced and owned
- A close-out report: what it found, what it was worth

Questions buyers ask
Do we need a BIM model?
No. We can build the 3D twin from layouts, drawings and an equipment list. If you have BIM, IFC or GLB models, we load them.
Our data is messy. Is that a problem?
It is normal. Anything we can’t measure is labelled as assumed, so nobody mistakes an estimate for a reading, and the data health screen shows where the gaps are.
Does Synopton control any equipment?
No. Connectors are read-only. Accepting a recommendation drafts a decision record for people to agree; nothing is written back to plant or building systems.
Can it run in our own cloud?
Yes, if you prefer. Hosting, data residency and retention are agreed during the pilot and written into the contract.
How soon do we see results?
The twin is usable from week six. The pilot is designed so your team runs real decisions through it in weeks seven to twelve.
